Payment
Aukana aims to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days, but as we are not a professional retail company, please allow for any further, unforeseeable delays. Upon placement of an order, PayPal immediately transfer the funds to our account and notify us via email. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any books purchased. If no payment is received, no books will be dispatched.
Shipping Policies
Postage will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. The seller reserves the right to amend postage costs at any time without prior notice. If a book is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including postage, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. If a book is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible.
Refund/Return Policy
Books are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If a book arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, a replacement will be sent free of charge.
Cancellation
As payment is processed immediately, if the buyer wishes to cancel the order once it has been confirmed, it will be necessary to contact us via email to arrange a refund. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
